Our splitting mechanical splitting machines are designed for high precision and productivity. Their control and command technology is fully electromechanical and find their ideal scenario usage in footwear and leathergoods production mostly for “pret a porter” products both leather and synthetic based.

Models of the mechanical line

KS 520 SM: splitting machine for hides and synthetic materials, maximum width of 520 mm it has a two speed transport system, special long lasting grinding ABN Borazon (diamonds) weels, devices for automatic blade positioning and consumption compensation, rotating foot and vacuum system for material wastes.

It can use optionally the rotating foot and the “Rollerbar“.

Models of the electro-mechanical line

KS 370 SE CE / Ks 420 SE CE / Ks 520 SE CE: these models differ as regards the maximum material width: model 370 can spit up to 370 mm wide materials, model 420 up to 420 mm, model 520 up to 520 mm. The transport system has 4 speeds, special sharpening grinding ABN Borazon (diamonds) weels and blade consumption compensation and positioning. They have as well a vacuum system for both materials and sharpening dusts, fixed foot, and automatic device for partial splitting.

They can be equipped as optional with rotating foot and “Rollerbar“.

“Rollerbar” is a special high-precision foot for splitting of non-sliding materials, above all patent leather and synthetic materials.

The usage of the rotating foot is sometimes necessary to help the transport of high-thickness materials and to execute matrix’s. When there are not transport problems the usage of fixed foot is advised to take advantage of the higher splitting precision it can grant.
